So we’re doin’ an overnight this weekend w/ one, well, actually both, of the paranormal groups I joined here in town. It should be fun… and interesting.

I have to figure out how much stuff to bring. I have so much equipment but it’s not a standard environment, so I won’t need it all. I have to figure out if I even need cloths cuz I’m probably not going to be *sleeping* at all.

I’m losing my mind. HOW do you BATCH-EDIT tags (like “genre” tag) in iTunes!?

I even tried a stand-alone program and it doesn’t do BATCH.

I’ve been feeling like crap. Yesterday I had an apt. w/ an ENT (ear nose throat dr.) and it went very badly.

I’d had my sinuses numbed at an allergist’s office in ’97 and they used a gentle nasal spray and it was a cake walk.

But at the ENT’s office, they used a F*CKING PRESSURE HOSE and it was one of the most traumatic experiences ever.

It was so powerful… like an airbrush? Like an air house you use to fill up your tires at the gas station- or MORE powerful than that.

I wonder how it’s even SAFE.

F*ckers.

It was just violent, I felt violated, like was being raped via my nose. Then the chemicals (or the pressure) caused stars in my eyes, and then the chemicals ran down the back of my throat and made me want to vomit.

This caused me to cry, and I felt like a f*cking baby. This made a great first impression when the doctor walked in (the nurse did the nasal-f*ck.)

So he wants to to a CT scan of the sinuses and then most likely do a nose job to fix my “beyond deviated” septum, and then maybe sinus surgery as well.

I’ve never NEVER been in the hospital or had surgery. I’ve never been in that submissive situation, and I’m not sure I want to do it.

I am doing all this cuz I can’t breathe well through my nose when I sleep, and my nose runs ALL DAY. Maybe I’d be better off just skipping all this SHIT and buying stock in Kleenex.

I feel like I’m sick w/ a cold; run down, nose is worse than ever. I guess that nasal f*ck losened a bunch of stuff up in my sinuses. Or maybe it’s just the stress.

My mom almost choked to death in a cat scan once; she was vomiting w/ her head strapped down and she was struggling and they kept yelling “hold still!” while she slowly chocked and blacked out from the vomit-choke.

I’m SO not up to this. I’m inclined to just skip it all.

My visitors have left for the airport, so now I am at the library, hiding, reading, writing, blogging, and surfing for books to look up while here.

I love libraries and bookstores and coffee houses.

I’m still angry from last night re. my (now) former client. But at least I’m calmer.

I had Thai food for lunch w/ a sushi appetizer and am now surrounded by books, so I am one happy camper.

We got back from the Great Wonderful Iloveitso White North on New Years Eve. We did the whole three-day drive back in one shot, 29 hours. Then slept thru New Years Eve.

Then we vegged out Sunday. I slept and lazed around Monday. Tuesday I ran a million errands. Yesterday I planned to run errands but had trouble getting moving, but did go to lunch w/ my ne1ghbor to talk about writing and web des1gn.

Today I got up early w/ intentions of catching up on stuff but the news put me to sleep on the couch and I slept WAYYY too long. What a freakin’ waste.

Part of my lack of blogging is that I am TOTALLY FREAKING ADDICTED to ANIMAL CROSSING WILD WORLD for DS.

BEST GAME EVER! Sickeningly cute, OCD-inducing collecting going on. WIFI.

I kept begging M to get a copy so we could play together, go into eachother’s towns to collect items, but he was like “eh…”. Then his fellow-programmer co-worker said that he and HIS wife got DSs for xmas AND ACWW and now M wanted a copy.

Copies have been mega-scarce and going for insane premiums on ebay and amazon/used. But I lucked out and got a copy during a short stint that amazon actually had copies and had it overnighted.

It arrived last night, and as soon as the frozen pizza dinner was cooked, M got paged and had to go BACK to work and didn’t get home ’till 2am.

WHY he doesn’t look for a job in Toronto WHERE WE BOTH REALLY WANT TO LIVE is beyond me. But that’s another rant. :..(
