Insomnia

12:30am – tired, take 8-hr sleeping pill (lunesta) and go to bed and read until I fall asleep about 1:30am.
4:30am – get up to use restroom
4:33am – 5:45am – try to get back to sleep, then decide to get up. Watch tv about women in China, make a bagel, get online.
6:23am – Still not tired at all. 3 hours of sleep. This sux.
